yuppie Posted Tuesday at 12:19 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:19 AM Howdy, I'm yuppie, kinda new to cigars, been smoking a little under 1 year. Typically like Connies and smooth, rich and creamy sticks. Big fan of the Isla del Cocodrilo and Saunter by Warped, Padron Damaso, Perdomo, etc. I've done the tupperware thing and have a little 100ct desktop wood humidor, Savoy olive-ash burl, which I like. Recently grabbed a Yohtron due to the temperature swings in my house and that'll be arriving soon. Started looking into Cubans and reading reviews, love the idea of letting them develop in the humidor over the course of years just like wine. Hopefully I can gather some more direction from here on where to take my tastes. 1
yuppie Posted Wednesday at 11:31 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 11:31 PM Thanks thanks, I've been cruising the 24:24's this week and when my big electric humidor arrives I'll probably start a thread on that specific model.

You are in the deep water now. Previously known as the dark side but that's a little lenient considering the danger you are in. 5 hours ago, yuppie said: I need to stop buying Cubans, this is getting out of hand. Maybe a box of......just to lay down to see what happens. Next it's I'll buy two. One for now and one to age. You'll know you've gone completely out to sea when you think, " This box of cigars is so good I should buy an aged box to smoke while my fresh box matures." Pretty much f****d, you are, I'd say. Welcome to the club and enjoy the journey. 2

Yeah, I'm leaning on a lot of reviewers like Lounge Lizards podcast and YouTube reviews to steer me toward that salted butter, caramel flavor profile. Buying some boxes from FoH 24:24 has been an easy process, not sure what else I should be looking to pick up. Happy to hear any suggestions!
