My late uncle who lived in Faro (Algarve) used to tell everyone around him that Portugal made the best wines and the best cheese, glad to see the country shine from time to time 😁

Looks semi close to the Serra Estrella cheese which is a go to for Portuguese to serve along port wine.

I can confirm, my parents are from a village 60 kms from the Serra da Estrela and I was basically fed it from birth (only found the pairing with Port wines a bit later in life though). 👍
