Love this stuff. A piece of paper represents the firing gun. The start of a dream.

I love this stuff. There’s a knick-knack shop in Cape May, NJ that’s sells very old documents - anything from old maps to letters, deeds, legal documents, and personal checks from the 19th and early 20th century. I could spend hours digging through it. The stuff has no real monetary value but boy is it an interesting glimpse into the past. I feel that stuff like this is the closest one can get to a time machine.

A bit sad that in our digital age we, won’t leave such momentos.
