Pulled out one of my favorite Corona Gordas for the review. 2019 box date for this one.

Nice oily medium brown wrapper on this one. Pre draw is a toasted hay with a touch of chocolate.

First third is light/medium body. Mostly grass/hay notes with some chocolate sweetness. Burn is great.

Second third ramps up to medium body and there is a nice woodiness coming through. The Grassiness becomes almost a funky fermented note, but in a good way. Think fresh mown field on a hot summer day. Interesting.

Final third finishes up all wood and chocolate with some baking spices, touch of pepper. This cigar was a journey and a good one at that. All over the place.

I get that funky taste in my 2019 JL 1 and love it. So I'll make that my official guess - JL 1. 😁
