There's a Cigar scammer alert FB group. Reach out to them.  

If you have enough supporting evidence find a venue to present it to name and shame. Not here OFC. I think many would appreciate a heads up.

Here on FoH, we usually take care of things even before anyone has become aware that there's a potential issue arising. Recent examples include an open topic on shipping and another implicating the possibility of a trade for a rare item of interest (not cigars) in the Cigar US sub-forum. Both gentlemen received nicely-worded reminders to read over the rules and a 30-day rest from the forum.

Incidentally, if any of you have any inkling to want to post for a trade (or worse a sale) outside the Trading Room, you will most likely have the pleasure of receiving my polite and well-written e-mail reminding of the rules. Here at FoH, we like to handle things as discreetly as possible as we're here to help, not to hinder our shared passion for cigars.

In the case of this gentleman, let him have the opportunity to redeem himself for the wrong/s he's caused in the past. If something arises, we'll take care of it. Trust us.

Name and shame. I believe the community as a whole are a bunch of very generous, sincere, real people but there will always be a rotten apple in the bunch. The community should know who scammed who to hopefully prevent/reduce the likelihood of it happening again.

Though I am curious, I'm not so much for this "name and shame" thing, it opens a door that should remain shut imo. I trust those in charge to take care of this 👍
