El Presidente Posted February 16, 2024 Posted February 16, 2024 Let's put together a FOH Weekend Playlist What were you listening to this past week? Something old, something new, something maybe forgotten? Find the vid on YT and post them up/share
eaglebear29 Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 My all time favorite artist. Sturgill can make a beautiful slow melody, to a great ocean rock sea story. He can sing country and make it upbeat, then take the same song and release it as a blues jam. Always does amazing work, and worth checking out if you haven't, since he's got multiple genres. 1
eltoroosborne Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 Some bluegrass for this snowy morning
Islandboy Posted February 17, 2024 Posted February 17, 2024 Apparently I listened to enough Pink Floyd this past week that I’m now being mysteriously followed on instagram by a Pink Floyd-dedicated account 1

JohnS Posted February 18, 2024 Posted February 18, 2024 Luciano Pavarotti singing "Nessun dorma" from Turandot. For those time when I reminisce about spending time In Australia (when he visited a few years ago) with our own @ayepatz. Don't play this piece late at night because, as the song suggests, 'no-one will sleep', which is what the title translates to. Guaranteed to produce chills down your spine when the last line is sung twice (vincero which equates to 'I will win' or 'I will conquer'). 1
