I have no experience in those countries but I would not ignore FOHers that offer warnings about such things. I'm often amazed by the forum users that ask for advice, receive a lot of it, and ignore all of it. There is real assistance here if you accept it.

I stick to the LCDH when available. They have a great deal to lose selling fake Cuban cigars. My 2$.

Slightly outside those countries though one shares a border, but I have heard that the selection and prices in Argentina are second to none.

As others have said/will say, sticking to LCDH’s is key. I have family in Peru and selection is above average but products are good.

I wouldn't buy Cohiba or Trinidad in any LCDH south of the US. Or in most places for that matter. 

RyJ Mille Fleurs are probably fine though.

I am in Argentina currently. Selection is good but prices unfortunately have risen to match or exceed most other countries. Last year when I visited prices were about half what they are now.
