Would love one of these but the price feels nuts.

Related question - must be 2+ year since I’ve seen a Dip2 for sale. Are they still being produced?

Last code of Dip 2  I have personally held is BRM MAY 22.

Looks like these may in fact be cabeza tumbada Insólito vitola as listed on the HSA site and not Gorditos as CCW states @ATGroom?

Yeah, Habanos says Gordito though. I'll see what it says on the flyer when they are released.

If it says Gordito then I guess it would be a case of "officially Gordito but made with dropped heads as a factory error."

The closest example I can think of is the Romeo 130th Humidor which had 109s with normal heads.

You're right. I had just looked at the picture which is pretty clearly cabeza tumbada as well as the OP marketing pic. So it will be interesting to see what they do...

Update: from halfwheel:

Diplomaticos-El-Emisario-Edicion-Regiona

The El Emisario measures 5 11/20 (141mm) x 50, a vitola described as “gordito con cabeza tombada [sic].”

Although I'm not quite sure what the difference is between a "Gordito con cabeza tumbada" and the Insólito vitola.
