I am a lover of eel. :party:

If I ever see it on a menu, I am there. Prepared properly, it is simply a delight. 

One for the many FOH foodies among us ;)

All I have tonight is a Queso de Mahon, waiting for smoked paprika and olive oil in 3 days…🥰

It may be of interest to those who love unagi (God knows I do) that almost all "Japanese" eel, served in Japan, is now grown in China.

I think It depends on prices. There are kinds which are completely natural, farmed in Japan (they were fished in their childhood.), and done in China. I can not find natural ones at the supermarket.
