If you're buying older stock, the mother factories have been known to be a 'safer' bet. In 14/15 LUB, ULA, EML put out some absolute bangers in HU and Boli. 07/08 POS,TEB had some legendary stuff. I've certainly been a chaser of certain codes/boxes and it has paid off. Pretty much since COVID I haven't really heard of any great 'runs' however. I think since then most would fall into the camp of 'mother factory > provincial if buying blind' but that wouldn't necessarily mean that you're guaranteed to get a better box.
