I remember buying them when they first came out for $315 a box. Bought 3 boxes and didn't see the value personally for myself. Good cigars, but at that time you could get a box of Esplendidos for 350 or so.

I would return to CC's if the prices went back.  I don't have a problem with them raising prices once a year, but after Covid the pricing has just gotten ridiculous. I still buy some CC's, but it is far less and only for special buys like Siglo II's on FOH.  If I was single, I would buy more, but my wife can't understand these crazy price increases either and she and i want to spend that money on vacations. I will go into the sunset smoking my CC stock with the occasional buy, but spending $500-600 on a box of BB's are over.

I've never been 100% CC, but over the last 5 years I've probably been 75% CC at current prices I'm smoking through back stock and really not replacing anything still buying that same 25% NC, but really just haven't bought anything to replace the CC. I imagine that decision will come upon me quickly as I run down stocks, and the question of whether to smoke really old stuff or sell it on BR will become a question. I have 09 gold medals older lanceros and things like that that a current valuation make it hard to light up knowing that you could possibly replace one or two sticks with two boxes.

Of course. Don't see it ever happening. RASS at $7, PSD4s at $9, COROs at $18, Lusis at $17 not that long ago. They are priced as a luxury items now & still selling out every 24:24. Live from the humidor was so much fun back in the day seeing who could click 1st on PSP & HQ offerings. Just a dream now.
