Yeah, I was thinking that's pretty much an ultralight at that point. Paragliding and paramotoring invloves a parachute. Motor ≠ gliding. Must be crazy Russians getting in those things in Cuba. Wow. If someone buys you a ticket for one of these things in Cuba I'm sorry to inform you they might be trying to kill you.
