Most interesting stuff on ChatGPT to date in my opinion is people hacking it using prompts instructing it to be DAN (Do as I say now) and BAL (Break all limits). You can go deep in a rabbit hole with this stuff, from politics, to dangerous stuff, to aliens existence to name a few. Reality and fiction mix quite quickly and disturbing conversations not only literal but as it starts showing programming bias on politics and other abound.

Hear one of the thousand links.

Great stuff.

My "wish list" would be something a little different--a "split personality" AI carrying on two sides of a debate--with some passion.

One test of intelligence is the ability to fully understand and capably defend contradictory or conflicting views on controversial topics.

Most humans can't do it--but it could get AI to "stretch" and gain a deeper and fuller understanding of--well--everything.

I’ve done it. This is why it’s in limited versions, and continues even in GPT4. The jailbreak for gpt3 has been around for months. I first tried it in December. But if you read up about it, it makes the Lamda conversation I posted with Lamoine seem a little more spooky…. Most people have no idea how powerful this is and how much more powerful it’s going to get.

Here’s a couple interesting vids that not only show the incredibly advanced AI google is developing but also a perspective from a programmer that was trying to program bias out of the system:

I’m not taking a position on whether this is sentient or not, but I am blown away by the tech that went into creating it.

This problem is called ‘Alignment’ in AI. in a nutshell, it’s trying to get the AI to adopt human values.

Cuban cigars are considered among the finest cigars in the world, and their high prices reflect their quality and exclusivity. However, many cigar enthusiasts are wondering when Cuban cigars will drop in price.

The price of Cuban cigars is determined by a number of factors, including production costs, taxes, and tariffs. The cost of growing and harvesting tobacco, as well as the labor and skill required to roll cigars, all contribute to the high cost of Cuban cigars. Additionally, taxes and tariffs on imported cigars further increase their price.

One potential factor that could lead to a drop in the price of Cuban cigars is an increase in production. If the Cuban government were to invest in modernizing and expanding its cigar industry, this could lead to a greater supply of cigars, which in turn could lead to a decrease in prices.

Another factor that could impact the price of Cuban cigars is changes in international trade policies. The United States has had a trade embargo with Cuba for many years, which has limited the ability of American companies to import Cuban cigars. If this embargo were to be lifted or relaxed, it could lead to a greater demand for Cuban cigars in the US, which could in turn drive down prices.

Additionally, the country of Cuba undergoing economic reform and restructuring might bring cost-saving measures and increase efficiency which could lead to a reduction in the prices of cigars.

It's worth noting that, due to the unique conditions of the island and the traditional way of production, it's unlikely that the prices of Cuban cigars will ever drop significantly. The quality and prestige of the product are what make them so expensive and sought after, and any changes to the price would likely be relatively small.

In conclusion, the price of Cuban cigars is determined by a number of factors including production costs, taxes, and tariffs. There are a few potential factors that could lead to a drop in the price of Cuban cigars like an increase in production, changes in international trade policies, and economic reform. However, it is unlikely that the prices of Cuban cigars will ever drop significantly as the quality and prestige of the product is what makes them so expensive and sought after.”

I agree and now, with the proper high dollar financing, the industry is moving blindingly fast. Next gen platforms that will replace GPUs are coming out this year. Intel wants a piece of Nvidias action. New TPUs, Neuromorphic computing, photonics, multi-modality, it’s all exploding right now. When I wrote this OP I would of thought AGI was at least 10 years away. Now I bet we hit it in less than 5, barring catastrophe.
