Can't quite imagine what a blow your socks of strong Hoyo would taste like, maybe more in line with a La Escepcion. Great little band, can just see the setting now.  Ibirico boars in the fields, a hip flask of Cardenal Mendoza warming in your pocket, oily blue cigar smoke in the crisp winter air.  Perfect.
