Montecristo no.3 EBS ENE 20 (MWR)

This is my 1st attempt at a review so please bear with me 

I chose a Montecristo no.3 
Box code EBS ENE 20
Stored at 65⁰ 65% humidity 

Draw was ok

I got mild cocoa on the pre-light

1st 3rd I got notes of 
cocoa, mild tobacco, creamed coffee with a cedar finish
Retro reminds me of incense from mass
The ash is flaky and not very stable 

2nd 3rd
honey along with chocolate and coffee 
Black pepper comes in

Last 3rd
Same cedar finish 
Black pepper fades away, cocoa ramps up
Coffee and chocolate 
Wrapper split but didn't affect the draw
Flaky ash fell off in 1/2" chunks
Smoking time was just over 1 hour
I paired this stick with ice water, but think it will go great with coffee. 

Not a complex cigar, but it was good.  This was the first out of the box and my first no.3 ever.  
I'm going to bury the rest of the box and revisit in a couple years.
