Plugged Monte PE?

I have been buying these since original release. Received some singles recently and the first one I picked out had a pretty hefty weight. Not even the perfecdraw or dry boxing could help its cause. I have seen plenty of underfilled PE's over the years but dont recall seeing one that could be used as a paper weight! Anyone else?

I've had plenty of plugged/overfilled PEs. No different than any other cigar. 

Interestingly, I've found that with Monte in particular where there's a tightly packed or overfilled cigar it's very likely to be plugged. I don't find this with other marcas as much. For example I've had some Famosos and Connie 1/2 recently that felt like tent pegs but drew just fine. It's all in the roll.
