What are the rarest of HSA premium cigars that are "supposedly" under current production?

On the contrary, you are definitely right! About the only long cigar left in production nowadays is the Montecristo A and that's only because Cohiba and Montecristo remain about the only marcas that don't have vitolas regularly deleted.

Where have all the Upmann 2s gone? Used to be a regular on 24:24. Haven’t seen them in what seems like a long while now. 
 

Too many other Upmanns in the line taking priority? All those Connies and now the Mag 54 etc.

Those are fairly rare. It was a regular production trial batch in 2002 that went nowhere. 

The RyJ Piramides were similar. Regular production and existed for a little over 2 years from 2000-2003. 

Neither were well-received.
