Who's to say the doctorate is in medicine?  Dr. Pablo Tabio could hold a doctorate in Commerical Art and Graphic Design.

My doctor is a cigar smoker and we share the passion for the last 30 years - I always bring him a cigar "for later" when I consult him and he has been a guest at our "Smoke & Dine" event many moons ago speaking about cigars and health.:

Happy to say my pharmacist is also a cigar smoker and we smoke cigars in the pharmacy lab every 13 days (pre-pandemic).
