Popular Post Bijan Posted March 31, 2021 Popular Post Posted March 31, 2021 Got this cigar as part of a FOH prize pack. Weight is light and very close to official weight. Went with a 9mm punch, but first punch was off center so punched it twice. First third: lights up with pure Upmann flavour (don't know how to describe it), then shortbread with some some floral/perfume type flavours for a bit. Then a tiny bit of coffee. Second third: Still shortbread but with some cocoa and later on some twang. Final third: Get leather and tobacco at the start of this third, but mainly shortbread again. 4/5 very good even though Upmann is not my favourite marca. Weather was just below freezing, didn't check the ambient humidity level but it was neither too dry nor too humid. 50 minutes not quite to a nub. 10
NSXCIGAR Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 Ash looks very powdery. Surprised it held on so well. 1
Connoisseur Kim Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 Surprised to hear that you enjoyed HU Anjeados Robustos @Bijan. I had two HU Anejados Robustos before and they were too strong with peppery note for aged cigars compared to other HU CCs and aged 4yr old Montecristo No. 4. Glad that it behaved nicely to you buddy 😂. 1
