How to name a cocktail.

Di took up a new hobby on the weekend as a cocktail creator.

looking for something refreshing she came up with the following. 

2 shots of Lemoncello

4 shots of Prosecco 

2 shots of Havana Club White Rum. 

...Top with soda water. 

sprig of mint optional. 

The first one went down a treat. 

........the second one 😲

It turned out to be a complete Dilemma

I can tell you now that I wouldn't be able to see straight to make one  for you after 2 of those 

Good Lord I woke up in the morning and forgot that I washed up the dishes and part of the dinner was still in the oven

Prosecco is 12%.  So 4 x 12 = 48 = 1 slightly overproof shot. 

Limoncello is around 32%.  2 shots (with the Limoncello taking up the slack)

2 shots of HC at 40%.

So that's a 5 shot drink.  Your typical Long Island Iced Tea is 3 shots.

You should call it a Faulty Time Machine.  You drink it in an attempt to go backwards in time, to your glorious youth.  But only succeed in going forward in time...losing a day somewhere.
