Popular Post dominattorney Posted February 2, 2021 Popular Post Posted February 2, 2021 Well. I've gotten fat. Time to Fire up one of these from 2015 courtesy of El Prez and PCCs aged program. I have the box bur sadly couldn't be bothered to dig it out for the code. This example is the lightest from the first row of the cab. I'll sacrifice it first since it's most likely to burn funny. Starts off doughy, almost light a heavily yeasted bread with unsalted butter. Really smooth first third. Toasted tobbaco was present with a bit of cedar but only on the retrohale. Getting spicy. Mostly cinnamon and clove over cream and that doughy flavor takes a back seat but is still present. Very nice. final third runs into some burn issues. The entire time through this stick the ash was pretty flaky and didn't hold well. Likely a result of it being a bit underfilled. I had to nurse it so it wouldn't get too hot. Toward thr end I was getting some nice dessert notes, sweet cream and spice. However, she sadly went out unexpectedly and the relight sent some harshness through the remainder. Had to bin it a bit before its time, but even so a solid A smoke. Now to hit the treadmill and get rid of thr quarantine 15. 17

NSXCIGAR Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 Those first wave of 14-15 Connie A were really delivering. Don't know if they've been as good since. 1
dominattorney Posted February 2, 2021 Author Posted February 2, 2021 I have not had any recent examples. But this one shows promise.
