Second review for the chubby guy with no real palate.

Picked up this box also in Dec 20 and stored in my desktop at 65rh.

Drink Canada dry Diet with Lemonade (it is a work day after all .. )

Aroma at pre light is tobacco

Cold draw is slightly plugged with no discernable taste... Broke out the PerfecDraw and gave it the business

Same as before small format cigar so doing first half second half..

First Half:

* Leather and Tobacco along with wet wood

* Black coffee , Bitter baking chocolate

*Flint or Tang slight bitterness (is this the Cuban Twang I hear so much about?)

Second Half:

* Earth .. Umami ? Savory ? cant' quite describe it

*Bread or Pastry with the slight bitterness (Cuban Twang?)

* More Leather and wood

*Sweetness (finally!!) with more Twang

Construction : not great.. it went out on me 4 times and had to relight and touch up 3 more times

Smoke  time was 40 minutes or so..

Overall : I enjoyed it but it's not a dessert cigar like the RASCC .. but it was made for Coffee or a Bourbon something to challenge it.. the Ginger ale was not the right drink to go with it.. I would give it 3 out of 5 due to construction problems

Nice review.  You are too hard on yourself you’re doing great.

Coffee is my go to with Monte and Bolivar.  Ginger ale is my go to for a stomach flu.

Ive been getting a LOT of plugs with 2019 Monte 4s, hope that’s not carrying over to other small Montes.

This is the third one I've smoked and 2 out of the 3 have been plugged..using the Perfecdraw so much , I Feel like Ron Jeremy delivering Pizza
