A month ago I received a box of the RyJ no 4. There was one stick in the box that arrived damaged but looked like it was smokable. Not worth bothering my vendor I thought. Looked awful but smoked well V cut. Easy draw but that could be due to the wrapper damage. First third produced lots of smoke. A light flavor. Almost like the vanilla wafers they sell in the cookie aisle. Quite enjoyable. Just before the second third some paprika and light pepper arrives. Draw becomes tighter and oddly the crack opens up. Flavor start to move around. Milk chocolate. Creamy something. Coffee? I focus on the basketball for a few minutes and it goes out. Hmmm. Rh measured 64 before I lit it up. Hmmm. I guess I’ve been inattentive. Final third mint starts to appear on the edges. Then wham chocolate again. It battles the mint until the end of the nub. A delicious cigar. Will get more. 90/91. Will hit this box up again soon. I’m also honing in on really liking the 46-48 rg sticks in my collection. 9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
