Best box codes for the H. Upmann Mag 50

I must say this cigar blew it out of the park, excellent stick. This is part of a 3-pack of tubes, no clue on the code. Which leads me to a question: does anybody have any experience with with the 15 count box of Upmann Mag50s in tubes? I have a line on some but would like to get some that have quality reviews. I had another one from a different code which paled in comparison, although still tasty.

From memory, BRE makes most of them currently. You would be hard pressed to find a bad one but they do vary in wrapper quality.

Same code here. Last one I smoked out of that box was a 98 point cigar. Absolutely the best Cuban cigar I have ever smoked young.

Damnnnn I have a box of ESL MAR 19 that I didn't plan on touching for a while, this is tempting me to dip in.

If they are anything like mine you will not be disappointed if you fire up without any further rest.

Honestly, there is no way in my mind that aging could help these. The only fault I have with them is that they have almost an almost zero nicotine kick, and that is one thing aging doesn't fix. If these hit about as hard as a mag 46 they would be my perfect cigar.

I recall reading somebody say, perhaps @Elpresidente , that jan/feb/mar/apr from ESL were all fantastic, can anybody confirm this or is it just march that's been so good?

I have the same box code. Last week I smoked one and it was amazing. I wish I had box of 25.
