Is anyone else having an issue authenticating cigars at the cabanas site, i've used:  explorer, safari, and chrome...and get this error with each one.  I'm trying to authenticate some cigars i bought online.

I just tried it and its working.   If you want me to look up a code I can.   It goes down randomly all the time.   I have seen it go down for a week plus at least once.

those are product codes, not serial numbers from a factory seal.

you need the # from the 15 count box those packs came from.

even the one from the seal that was inside the box of BHKs, the 000003394163 ?  Unfortunately I don't have the box for the Tubos, I only ordered 2 packs to test the site out...lol guess that was useless :)

Can anyone get the BHK code to look up correctly?   000003 394163

I thought the Behike stamp/code is on the cardboard box that is on the outside of the piano box.

ok, did a little more research.  I think the BHKs might be fake, the bands don't seem to have a raised cohiba or behike...but i think i see the hologram in the band in the two areas...and they stand when i place them on the cut side.  And the box itself seems to be a bit shabby in some paces but well done in others....would suck was hoping to have a real BHK....

You don’t have to bother looking up the 000003 394163 code. The “warranty seal” it came off of isn’t legit.

Recently, there are fakes with the correct authentication number. Scammers simply print warranty seals with the same correct number. Therefore, a more reliable way is to check the microcode on the warranty seal.

That's the error you get when a box doesn't check out. When it works it works.

I drove myself nuts thinking the site was broken when it was me mistyping a digit.
