Montecristo Especial No.2, 2016, (S v HC)

I got this cigar as a gift and kept it in a singles bag waiting for an excuse to smoke it. Skinny vs Hand Cannon weekend is the perfect excuse. 

This Especial #2 is was a very good cigar. Beautifully constructed with a "just right" draw, it burned perfectly and never went out.  This skinny was powerful enough to be slowly smoked and savored and that's only way for me to smoke a one. There was plenty of potent, smooth, creamy, smoke that oozed tobacco flavor.  With a something more than three years of box age the cigar was ready to smoke but it clearly had legs to go down for the long haul and will certainly benefit from age.  My review scoring is becoming less and less complicated. One to five stars or five categories, forget it, if I have to, pretty good, I liked it, and I loved it. This Especial #2 was a five star I loved it smoke.
