FoH Wobble Room, if you need a breather or if you're struggling at the moment

 Just putting out a shout that FoH has a dedicated space to use if anyone is having a wobble or feels like they are struggling at the moment with any type of mental, physical or emotional health, or that of their friends and family, even dealing with financial worries.

If the direct link isn't working for you, it should be near the top of the list of clubs here and named The Black Dog

  It's a private group within this site to share, vent or seek a bit of help or guidance. It's set away from the main waterhole forum, we all know there shouldn't be any taboo about talking about our problems but there still is in life and this is a place that's just removed from the usual hubbub to help make it easier to make that first post that can be such a big hurdle.  I know they'll be people who will read the posts but not feel like writing anything, totally welcome to do that.

  They'll be people who have put up a big defence up to deal with the pressures and worries that this situation has brought up, there's a space to let that defense down a bit and vent what you're dealing with. Or even if you feel those defenses starting to crack and you need a boost to get back in control.

  Control is a bit part of how we deal with life, and a lack of it, or the perception of a lack of it can start to cause issues. This current situation is a mother of an issue in terms of having personal control.

  So not going to keep this too long. If you feel you need a hand to help deal with all of this: be it having the virus, recovering from it, afraid of it or anything 'normal' that this situation has exacerbated, or anything else like what you're doing to help keep you distracted, please jump and participate as much or as little as you feel happy to.

  There's a couple of really good apps that I'm putting up in the club but are worth adding here, Unmind and Headspace are brilliant, depending where you are and who you work for they also can be free, but there's free trials on both.

Nb- There are no requirements to join like the trading room, there's just a wait until the join request is seen by a Mod and clicked through, so don't worry if you're not getting in instantly.

Clubs are usually accessed via the personal menu button, top right from which you can go to your profile, account settings etc, and it's there at the bottom of that list.

 There's just a button to click through by a Mod to accept a new join request, don't worry it will be done, have you clicked the apply to join button? If so it will get seen asap

When I click the link I just get a message that says "Sorry, there was a problem. The page you requested does not exist".

Just curious if discussing faith will be allowed as a remedy or is that banned as part of the overall forum rules?

The discussion of faith is not banned, rather the denigration of other people's faith is. The rule is below...

Rule 3 No Ridicule of Religion
Religion to many here is a personal pursuit. There may be topics of interest involving
religion which is acceptable. What is not acceptable is inciting denigration.

So in this instance, this is a topic of interest where for some people, yes religion plays a role and can be brought into the discussion.

 Couldn't have said it any better than Mr S. If it helps then there's good in it in my book. From what's been talked about previously, there certainly isn't any type of atmosphere that would make someone feel they couldn't broach a subject or way of helping. There's a great header that Rob out up there at the start:

No one judges here. The primary objective of Black Dog is that when you click out......you are in a better head space than when you clicked in. 

  The club has up to now mostly been a connection hub from where PMs took off from but if it can help with more threads from individuals reaching out or venting then that's a bonus. I know they're a little tucked away so hopefully this is a reminder that the facility is there for those new or who haven't navigated around to find them.
