No one's getting ahead of themselves but it's very possible there's something effective available in a week or two which is beyond unprecedented. 2

Yes, but at least in the US "Right To Try" options are probable fairly quickly if trials prove a reasonable degree of safety. Trump has always been a big proponent of Right To Try. Trials for viral treatments are generally more about efficacy than safety. I've heard several doctors say it's safe to try multiple options at once as well.
