Partagas Series E2 UAO DIC 17 (SBRW)

It's a big, densely-packed, hefty stik.  Smooth wrapper with even construction.  Lager rg that is outside of my usual preference, but I don't discriminate when it comes to a tasty smoke.

Starts with a classic earthy, leather, wood and toasted tobacco.  Well balanced and complex.  Rich and mature.  Medium body and strength. 

Midway develops some creamy almond and a light sweetness.  A little spice crept in.  But just a little.   

Nice follow-through to the nubby end.  Less earthy through the back half, but got a little fuller. Construction and burn remained excellent.  Me likes.

No kidding.  The non EL I got have been kind of disappointing -- at least by comparison.
