MoeFOH Posted January 27, 2020 Posted January 27, 2020 Diplomatico “Nortenos” Canada Regional Release 2018 – Dom Perignon 2008 - Domaine de Marcoux Chateauneuf du Pape 2009 - Rockford Black Shiraz Sparkling Red By @Ken Gargett New Year’s Eve. El Hoze Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Great article Ken, thanks for posting. I learned quite a bit! The 2008 is a great bottle, have gone through several already. Agree, Dom P still has a reputation of being a “bling” bottle but I find it to be my most consistent favorite of the big boys other than Pol Roger Winston which is a bit of a price gap higher. Puros Y Vino Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Very enjoyable read Ken. Thank you. I only had the chance to drink a 2000 bottle of Dom. It was very good but TBH, I wouldn't spring for another. Now that Sparkling Shiraz you mentioned. I need to find a way to get that over here. The stuff our local liquor monopoly imported has been very good, but not enough people were buying it. So, no more.
