Yeah it’s the Alec Bradley lighter. My local b&m has one that is faultless. This one may need tuning on the igniter. Not so reliable yet. But it’s a nice soft flame. the table top cutter says Firstland International. Not sure about it’s source. Amazon for all of them, I believe it was a basket bundle they do. I can tell you the wide straight cutter was super clean. The photo doesn’t do justice. Waiting for in-laws to leave so Incan relax and light something up.
