We have had a great year on 24:24 and it will resume either the 4th or the 7th of January. I will let you know through the forum. Some 20,000 boxes have been sifted through and graded during the course of the year …… it was a difficult year to say the least. I am far more confident about 2019 as we are seeing some long lost cigars come to light during the last quarter of 2018. Overall quality should improve as more leaf comes to flow through the system. Normally (outside of the week before Christmas), the process for hand- picked stock is that each weeks orders for the prior week are brought up each Monday from the warehouse and shipped that week. If you order on a Saturday/Sunday there can be a few days extra delay (as it falls into the following weeks cycle). Similarly if you order on a Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri then they go out the following week 99% of the time. Public holidays can occasionally throw a spanner in the works. If you have multiple orders then they will be scheduled but the team will correspond with you.
