Hot Takes

1. Changing of the guard

If the Browns win on Sunday, then for the first time since 2010, the Browns will not finish the season in last place in the AFC North. 

2. Historic

Michael Thomas is the 1st receiver in NFL HISTORY to record 300 receptions and 3,000 receiving yards in their first 3 seasons. Only 20 more seasons and he'll beat the WR GOAT Jerry Rice's record... Which on reflection is crazy seeing as he played in an era where the battle between WR and DB was a lot more even. 

3. Sorry Vikes

The Minnesota Vikings are the only team with a top 10 all time winning percentage that hasn't won a Super Bowl. Each of the other 9 teams have at least 2.

4. What A Year

[ESPN] Phillip Lindsay is the first undrafted offensive rookie to be named to the Pro Bowl.

5. Aussie Representin'

[Gregg Bell] “Michael Dickson is NFL's first rookie punter selected to the Pro Bowl in 33 years." Of course it's an Aussie who made punting sexy! His performance this week was very good. Check out his highlights on youtube if you haven't seen him in action.
