Estancas in San Sebastian

Looking for some friendly forum advice. Parents left for Europe, and as usual, they are making some pit stops before seeing family in Greece. This year, San Sebastian is on the list of places they will visit. Currently they are in London, but dad brought enough cigars to make it through London without having to buy sticks. I anticipate he will begin to run low around San Sebastian. Rather than carry multiple boxes with him, he just wants to buy in Europe. They will be staying at the Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra. Do any forum members have any recommendations for reputable estancas within walking distance of this hotel? I'd like to call/email ahead and have them put together a few boxes for him to pick-up. I appreciate any and all advice. On another note, they will be driving from San Sebastian to Barcelona, but have not determined if they will have time to make a stop in Andorra.

I know that hotel, it's right on the beach by the old town. There is an estanco on Calle 31 de Agosto, called Estanco 31 de Agosto, just a few hundred metres north of that hotel. It's pretty good, though mostly singles with a few boxes. Good booze selection too though. They'll probably be walking through the old town anyway so it's not out of the way. They'll probably have some boxes left of this years regional for Spain. The LGC Serie D No. 5.
