Dana and I will be celebrating 25 years of marital bliss September 4 thru 12 in the Cote d'Zur area. We will be staying in Nice on the Promenade des Anglais near Hotel Negresco and day tripping to the other towns to check them out.

Looking for recommendations for cigar shops and also anyone else who will be in the area at that time and wants to hook up for a smoke.

I wish @madandanawould adopt me, Bart.  I know I don’t look it but I’m in fairly good shape for an old guy and can carry lots of luggage, cut cigars, mix drinks, etc.  I’m fairly cheap to maintain. Rum and CC’s and I’m good.

What a beautiful location. I would love to vacation in Nice someday. It really broke my heart when hearing about the terrorist attack there a while back. As it does every time I hear about such things

I just came back last night from The Southeastern Alpine regions centred around Annecy. Absolutely stunning place! The only cigars I managed to track down were in local Tabacs and consisted mainly of Qaui D'orsay (unsurprisingly) and RyJ cedros and tubo selections, all being stored in mid 80's RH. So I gave it a miss this time round. Hoping to go further south next time, my right knee is starting to protest against mountain hiking!
