Best: R&J Churchill from FOH Christmas Sampler (OBM Dec 2016)

Worst: Montecristo Media Corona (AUM May 2015)

Best - Monte 2, unknown code but probably a few years old. 

Worst - Cohiba Sig II I bought as a single. Not bad, just youthful and worse than the others I smoked.

Worst- my first PLPC (Lep DIC 16)....it tasted like I was smoking a bit of newspaper, and I had enough of the ash taste to throw it after only an inch. Hopefully the rest might be better.

 

I like PLPC, but it is a distant 3rd place to PLs other wonderful vitolas: MonteCarlo and Picadores

Well that's good news as I just received some montecarlos and after 6 weeks rest I plan to try one

Best - HDM Epicure Especial from a Nov. 2016 box code. This one actually surprised me and was absolutely delicious. Not sure if it was somewhat impacted by what seems to be a particular humidor of mine - everything that I’ve pulled out of there of recent has been terrific. 

Worst - an aged Cohiba Robusto from 2012. Every stick I’ve had out of this box so far has been flat and dusty. Still hoping they turn the corner at some point this year. Can’t bring myself to toss them at this point but they’re on a short leash - they’re taking up valuable space.

Best: Siglo II OBM NOV 16 - honey and lemongrass in every puff, perfect construction

Worst: HU Royal Robusto ALO MAY 17 - whole 10 box tasted like a dirt sandwich and had terrible construction
