earthson Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Supply and demand. Not that when supply of good leaf is back in full swing the prices will fall again, however. Only several, consecutive years of revenue shortfalls could convince HSA of that, and even then I'm not sure they'd get the hint.
