El Presidente Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 My mum has run out of hot smoked paprika. not any brand...a specific one. My saturday will be school volleyball and finding the holy grail of paprika.....with a hangover. Scintillating. I feel the need to cook something over the weekend and i have been having flashbacks to the ultimate fish burger (with fresh crispy skin barramundi) or fish tacos. I will certainly head in that direction. Sunday, gym and work in the am. Yum Cha lunch and Gold class movies with Di to see the new Logan movie. I am getting old. I need to spend some time in my herb garden ....and it certainly isn't medicinal marijuana. Have some new cigars to try at the same time. let us know what you are upto! Have a cracker weekend!

tengel78 Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 We are planning on taking the kids to a St Patrick's day parade that is always held the week before the holiday in Kansas City. Snow is in the forecast, so this may be the first time in 5 years we miss it.

Then tomorrow night is the annual company party on my wife's side. So ee go there. Expect great food, good drinks some dance and cigars and who knows where that night (sunday morning i mean) will end. Mother in law has the kids so it sounds like a party with no limits.

Niddhogg Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 The fiancée is going to be out of town this weekend, so getting some guys together for poker night this Saturday, gonna be making a run into DC to pick up liquor supplies since the taxes out here in VA are pretty awful. Aside from that, going to be doing some cleaning, taking the dog to the park, and hopefully finding some time maybe Sunday morning to smoke.

BuzzArd Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Trying to source cedar for the icebox humidor. The spot nearest me has the cedar but they can't mill it. I'm not buying a bandsaw for one job.... Maybe I'll luck out and find a place this afternoon. Saturday, either hit the GoodGuys car show in Scottsdale or roll down to Gila Bend for "No Fly Zone" at the airstrip there. Last time I went a little Gallardo hit 238mph in the 1/2 mile. Can be interesting. Sunday, rest. I hope. 1
