edameff Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Hi all, I have a line on some boxes of this cigar but don't have any info on the stick. The only Cuban Maduro I am familiar with is the Cohiba, any thoughts on this stick and if it is worth picking up a few boxes.

El Presidente Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Some love them, some hate them. it is not a cigar that I would plough through a box of. For me (my taste) they are a fine change of pace cigar when looking for that choc/tobacco hit. I haven't seen and 2016 stock at all.
westg Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 I have smoked a whole box and the initial five pack sampler , I thought they were terrific , I would not put these away to long based on my experience with the Cohiba maduro line , get stuck in within the first year ...then again I am a pig when it comes to cigars ...if they are any good I will just knock them off . If they were to show up here I would go again . 1
luv2fly Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 I got a 5 pack from Rob. Smoked 2 so far and I did enjoy them. That said, I would not blow through a box quickly. If I want a hit of Choco, I will reach for the SCDLH Principe first. They are good so enjoy. 1

Lotusguy Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Smoked three fivers so far. I love them to death - I am almost ashamed to admit it, since they represent pretty much all I dislike about recent HSA releases. Trying to locate a box for a reasonable price. 1
