Do I even dare, on this forum???

Yes! For a second time I will review a Monty Open. I like the Junior, despite what most other members think of the line, so here it goes:

1st match: can't light the cigar.

2nd match: can't light the cigar.

3rd match: can't light the cigar.

Rolled too tight... It's a dud so I threw it out since I was walking downtown and didn't have my cutter to attempt to save it.

Will give it another shot later this week- I think.

Never had an Open. Doesn't seem to be much love for it here, but I do see other positive opinions around the cigar world. Meh. Different strokes and all.

 

For the record, I think the corona piramide or whatever the Regata is is a cool size and I'd like to see it catch on. I feel like it deserves a more regal factory name than "Forum"

My wife likes them and I'm just happy when she smokes together with me so I'll buy however many boxes she wants. Bonus: because they are such slow sellers, you always get aged ones
