Driftwood, LOL! Sounds amazing and I'm sure the price of those box codes just went up!

What is next, find some of those Lucys with that code and have Rob to sell them

Here in Minneapolis we are still thinking about Prince and the legacy he left behind.

While others are off to Paisley Park, I'm going to settle down to your Suggestion,

Some Zaya rum, a Cuba Libre and a good book. I've got a shed out back that has

everything that I need.

I'm going to party like it's 1999

If they are smoking that well may as well enjoy them. Then again I'm just not the type to store anything and save it for later if it's on now.

100 point cigar Ken? Judging by the complexity, flavours and construction, it sounds like that it is. You could give some to Rob to lock away for you when you see him tomorrow for the LGC Revolution video review. Then again, maybe not, it's just a suggestion. Maybe a video review down the track may make you save some?

Good for you. Love Lusis. Those moments are rare & magical. Smoking a LOM Jun 13 HDM DC later tonight hoping I experience the same. Dark, oily & very strong barnyard at cold.

My general rule is if you think it might be 100 points, it probably is.

I also ask myself if I can remember having a cigar better that the one in question. If not, there's your 100 points.

If only they could all be that good...

Ken, you mentioned this box of Lusi's on my topic of which DC you were most looking forward...and it seems that the box and this cigar in particular are living up to that. The notes of marmalade have me intrigued. Did you pair this with anything in particular?

Iron Man 2 and also with an Angostura Cask Collection No 1 (first fill bourbon cask). a new series from Angostura. this first one is a cracker and much cheaper than the soon to be released No 2 in the series. that said, this rum is normally the highlight of any match. last night, hardly noticed it.

92... Excellent cigar but still needs to sleep a bit longer. Jealous of your 100.

Jealous, yes, that's exactly what I wanted to say. Seems the Lusis are extremely variable these days. Only had underwhelming 13s so far, nothing to write home about.

Ken, cab or 25 (10) box?

You have just convinced me Ken was going to smoke a RASS tonight but after reading your Lusi 100 pointer review, I suddenly feel like a Lusi, my box from MUL DIC 14. This box has been wonderful for me so far, but close to 100 points? hmm maybe with another year or so on them??

Love Lusis.

no idea what to do with the rest - want to smoke one every evening till i finish but also want some for the future.

Enjoy them now if that's what your senses are telling you. One never knows what tomorrow may bring though I do hope one less cigar in the box is all that will occur. Enjoy :)

ken if your smoking a 100pointer you have to smoke through the whole damn box and only because 100point cigars don't come round often if truly ever and you think this is that you have to enjoy them now at 100 they dont get better only get worse..

understand - the first two were very good but 93-95 from memory, without checking the notes. so i am not expecting them all to be 100 points.

i will no doubt try an occasional one along the way but i have a feeling that as a general comment, there is room for a touch of improvement in this box.
