I picked up a box of BUM Nov 13 in Cuba in January. The first boxed picked for me was a mold factory. Wish I had took some pictures of it. I do remember it was a 2014 box. The bad thing it went back onto the shelf so some poor fellow is probably going to end up with it.

I'm hoping that there will be a resurgence soon. I haven't been a fan of the Hoyos I've had from the epicure line, but I'm holding out hope that the des Dieux will bring me around on the marca.

I need another box or two (damn I miss 50 cabs) to store away. It will probably take me 5 yrs to smoke through my '03 box, so by that time, the new box will be almost ready. lol3.gif

Ooh yeah...glorious cream stick heaven, one after the other! drool.gif

Just pulled one out of my '10 box. I bought a second box imnediately after smoking one out if that box. It's been a while since I've smoked one though because I purposefully kept my hands off of both of them. I smoke it only on special occasions because they are so good and it's basically a treat for me to smoke one.

I'll smoke it later and report back.

smoking from a LAG MAY 10 box and they are so damn perfect right now !

Prefer them slightly over some boxes from '03 and '07 and the '12 and '13 boxes while allready really good should have some further rest of two or three years imho.

I'm so glad that i didnt make the same mistake with the des Dieux as i did with the BCE, Punch SS1 and RS11, telling myself there was no need to hurry stocking up until they nearly were sold out and i coudnt achieve the number of cabinets i wanted to.

I am a supporter of the theory that the leaves are going into the San Juan or rather into some future 54/110 Le Hoyo series and we will not see any des Dieux anytime soon. Me wouldnt care about a 10 or 20% price increase on these but its seemingly more convenient to put up a new format and not having to much discussions about the price tag.

Everyone into this cigar stock up right now, dont wait until the rest is sold off !

San Juan y Martinez is a town in the province of Pinal del Rio, heart of the Vuelta Abajo. All the leaves used in the blend of the Hoyo de San Juan come exclusively from farms in this district. Hence the name.

I know why they wanted to use the name San Juan, but they didn't have to add it to the Le Hoyo line. Once you commit to that, keep it consistent and call it Saint Jean. Also, if they're using tobacco that's from from a different province or farm(s) than the rest of the Le Hoyo line that's one more reason to leave it out of the Le Hoyo line.

Des Dieux 13 was ok, the rest of the box was better , which only has one left ...have a box from 2014 box than that's it until we see some more, hopefully soon .

I hope that means you found them too. Feel free to pm if not. If otherwise, I won't look too much deeper into your response wink.png
