Afterwards I always have the best bowel movements. ". Anyone skip the metamucil or exlax in favour of a nice robusto? Does any cigar in particular get you moving? Or is my buddy full of sh#t ?

PointFivePast Posted September 28, 2015 Posted September 28, 2015 I love a good post-cigar poop! If I don't smoke or use tobacco for a day or two, I do notice lose regularity. Big NC pepper/nicotine bombs will also cause an immediate reaction sometimes as others have mentioned.

Your friend might be on to something as for sure as an ex-cigarette smoker, a ciggy and coffee and the morning always would get me going. Can't say the same though for a cigar, but i imagine the concept to be similar.
