Special Boxes you have out away for long term aging

I have 2 sacred boxes and the rest are fair game.

One box is a cab of July 2013 HdM Epi 2 for my wedding. I've smoked two (once per year) and they have been great. It makes me wish they weren't occasion cigars.

The other is a box of June 2014 Cohiba Esplendido for my son's birthday. I had one this year around his birthday and it was brimming with potential.

Can't wait to see how both boxes progress.

Nothing is off limits. Smoke them if they are good now. Age them a few years if they have potential. Sell them if they are duds.

Hamlet customs, as well as my Reynaldo 50 cab lanceros. I'd love to share the former with the man him self one day, and the Reynaldos if I ever meet the pres in person.

My.original box of Cubans I bought, 2012 behike, 2014 lgc no 2, 2001 lgc tainos, ED 54 but i have boxes of them that I smoke regularly as well

The only box I have put away is a box of Monte 2 I purchased for my daughters birth. I will smoke one a year until the box is gone. Other than that I think over buying my favorites have assured I'll be aging well over 50% of my stock for 10+ years.

Bolivar CG, Bolivar BF SLB, Partagas Lusi- only 10 cigar box and one box of RJ Cazadores (was supposed to be 2 boxes but they are fantastic now, and 2 are gone, with more sure to follow). I bought these boxes specifically to age. I may age more if I don't think they are very good now. I am waiting for some Monte Especial No. 1 (OK, no such thing technically, but not No. 2s) and will try them but had an 8 year old I got from LCDH that was amazing and have tentative plans to age them too.

I have many other individual cigars with lots of age, but have only been buying boxes for about 2 years, and only recently increased the pace of my purchases.

I have no sacred cigars but I have a few boxes I find it hard to break.

I don't intentionally age anything. Aging is a byproduct of hoarding.

The only box I have deliberately set back is a box of partagas 8-9-8 that was rolled the month and year my girlfriend and I started dating, we will share one on our anniversary each year.

Cohiba Behike 56's. Nothing rare etc. Just the first box of CC's I decided to buy. I smoked one and it was still very young. I'm telling myself I am saving the rest for a very special day. Only then Will I spoke any more.
