Received one of these cigars a couple of weeks ago when I met Hamlet at a Cigar Dave event in Buffalo New York.

Size: Toro 6X52

Wrapper: Mexican San Andres

Binder: Mexican and Brazilian

Filler: Nicaraguan

Pre light aroma: Rich tobacco, Black pepper, Cloves

Construction: Well rolled, Firm

Note: This is a blend personally made by Hamlet, but the cigars are NOT rolled by him. They are rolled in Nicaragua and Hamlet's VISA will not allow him to travel there so the blend was created at Rocky's Burn lounge in Naples Florida.

Cigar is medium bodied, very smooth and refined. Aged tobacco flavors, notes of espresso, cocoa, mild pepper. Creamy mouthfeel. More balanced and complex than many NC's than I have smoked in recent memory. Very long finish on the palate.

My Score: I will not give one. All I can say it is a very nice blend and I recommend you try one! This cigar will be officially released on the market in September 2015.

Excellent writeup. Have one myself. Been waiting for the right time to fire it up. Better do so soon if release imminent! :)

Classy way to review Sir. I never had a chance to meet the Gentleman however I do look forward to trying his new cigar based on his reputation as a master blender and human being.

Where can those cigars be purchased? Not this one in particular, but the line? Never saw them...

They should start being seen in late September at B&M's. I will e-mail Hamlet today and see if i can get an update.

A few more pics. Hamlet opening up a welcome to the US gift I gave him. He was quite surprised!

Bottom pic, the master at work making a 2 foot long Culebras to be auctioned off for charity.

I'm going to wait for the Lancero vitola rotfl.gif

Funny, I asked him about rolling long and skinnies. He basically said they are harder to roll. Apparently he is partial to the Salomon vitola.

Smoked one of these at a friends BBQ last month and passed it around with the guys and all were impressed (although Ajay was passing around a Cuban Davidoff and a Hoyo Churchill).

Looking forward to seeing these in Irish shops soon.....well done Buddy, it's a fine cigar worthy of your name!
