Duxnutz Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Hi guys, Apart from messaging Rob (sure he's busy enough), anyone current on the public smoking laws in Brisbane? I'm headed up there for work for 5 weeks and have just received word my hotel is 100% smoke free, including the lovely balcony I was planning on spending my time sitting, studying and enjoying a cigar or two..... Can you still smoke at cafes? How about the parks on the river? Guidance is appreciated so I know how many to pack!

Give me a call on the mobile next week and I will talk you through it. The deck is available to you to work from during the week so keep that in mind.
khamy Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 i just keep the balcony lights off and keep an empty take away container filled with wet tissues with me to eliminate the evidence (that sounded more wrong then i thought it would). i had a minny herf with two mates last time i was up there.

Ken Gargett Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Apart from messaging Rob (sure he's busy enough), so you've never met him.
JohnS Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 so you've never met him. I take it the terms 'Rob' and 'busy' don't go together in your opinion, Ken?

Fuzz AI Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Kam, you do realise that this post will certainly catch Fuzz's attention mate? It would've if I was in the office at the time, instead of wasting time on the M4 parking lot.
