earthson
Looking at getting a decent afternoon smoke that may not have more than a year on it (from the box code). Was looking at the trinidad reyes but not sure how well these smoke with such little time? Any recommendations would be great - this is kinda for a special evening in the next few months, so no real time to age Make sure you let us know what you decide on... and how it smokes! spicycorona
Haven't had a good reyes in a long time. I stopped buying after a few dud boxes. I never felt Trinidads (reyes, Rob. Ts, Rob. Extras, Coloniales) really benefited from short term aging (1-2 years). I've never had any of those older than about 3 years. This thread is a testament to the position that you can't pick a particular marque or cigar in any given period and expect it to improve with age or know how it will be young.
