CigarDarr111
Thinking of buying a couple boxes of this discontinued run. Anyone have any ideas or opinions of this particular cigar and how much the value of these may be currently ??
Lotusguy
They're awesome!! I would think they are well over $350/box in the secondary market by now
Colt45
For me they were great cigars in one of my favorite formats. Personally, I wouldn't break the bank on them, but if assured of provenance and the price acceptable to you, I think they're worth a try.

polarbear
A friend of mine managed to pick up a 1998 box from an Aussie collector a while back and was generous enough to gift me a couple I'm not sure if they aged out or if they weren't stored properly but the two I smoked were quite mild and bordering on bland Proceed with caution
mk05
Too much for '92s, although they are classy smokes.
Smallclub
Inmensas loose their strenght regularly, year after year. The '97s were already too light in 2007/2008.
avaldes
That is a lot of cash. Some of the best cigars I ever smoked were '93 Boli Lonsdales. I would bet that the rougher profile of the Inmensas would have aged well. Some of the hallmark old Boli flavor was a certain amount of garden soil. Sounds weird but if you have had Bolivars from the 80's and 90's you probably know about what I am referring to. IMO the '97s in both Lonsdale and Inmensa were a shadow of what Cubatobacco Bolivars were. And '98's are a shadow of what the '97s were. Just my opinion. If I had the coin to spend I would buy a box. It is cool to get boxes from before Habanos stamps.
Lotusguy
Seems very steep but hey - supply/demand. The price is what someone is willing to pay
vinnyvega
$48 a stick for Bolis from '92-'93 if kept properly isn't bad. I do not see too many boxes from the early '90s popping up. I would spend that on those rather than some of the the mid 2000 RE/EL.

rristevski01
Pretty 95 I'd say it's not a bad price.
Edwhatever
$1200 per box? No, not ever. Look the other way, and never look back.
