dememihel Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Hey guys, quick question, do cigars shrink in ring size and length over time?
... Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Yep, to some extent. How much shrinkage are we talking about?
dememihel Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 Thanks you, that's what I thought.
earthson Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Absolutely! They also get lighter in both color and weight.
Habana Mike Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 I've had quite a few older cigars shrink to a point where the bands loosened up a fair bit.

LGC Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Yes. The bands on many of my 70's and 80's sticks will slide right off.... as well as some 90's sticks.
