He gave me incredible advice to go to the auction preview at Christies (see photos below). Gave him a Cohiba Macanudo in honour of our 45 minute stay last night. He laughed when I told him we left. He said he has done that too. One upsetting sight about half an hour ago on Lexington avenue and 60th, near Bloomingdales. A store called "puppies", maybe a "pop-up" store. That means they open for a short time and move on. There were adorable puppies of different kinds in the windows, and the sign said, "Closing.50%Off.".

Very close to my hotel, heading over as we speak to Merchants cigar bar, First and 61st to meet up withe guys. A couple of hours with my sister's friends was fantastic. I am stuffed from dinner at Stanton House. Now for some quiet jazz and smoke time if I don't barf in this taxi!
